A Polynesian style fighter forged from 1095 with a 11.375" blade. The habaki is made from shibuichi, gold plated nickel silver seppa, Damascus tsuba. The handle is carved ebony with a shibuichi pin and 24k gold cherry blossom logo. The hamon has been described as bright, crisp nioi-guchi, sweeping areas of nie at the boshi edge, saka-choji, out of this world utsuri and thick frayed strings of kinsuji within the hamon. The design concept for this piece came from Craig Bird.
